Business trip to San Antonio
Travelling next week to San Antonio from upstate NY. Chilly here but know it will be warm in Texas. Need to take "business casual" attire as well as some casual clothes for parties, etc. and maybe some dressup stuff. Is it proper to wear "summer colors" at this time of year in Texas?

In Texas, you wear what you want. Any color will do at anytime.
This is a beautiful time to visit. The hot weather is gone (thankfully). We're now into the low 80s daytime, maybe high 70s. Perfect for those outside BBQ or Tex-Mex parties.
Texas business casual is no different than any other business casual. We are no different than any other folks. Contrary to public opinion, we really do know how to dress.
Now, if I could just find my coonskin cap and chaps, I'd be all set. LOL!

When we dress up here in Texas it means Wranglers, cowboy boots, and a Stetson. This is especially important if you are renting a horse while you are in town.
OK, I'm pulling your leg. I'm sure whatever you wear will be fine. The weather is fantastic right now. I hope you enjoy your visit to Texas, you will love SA. Be sure to visit the Riverwalk.
