I love that section of coastline - it is one of my favorites. Plenty of good beachcombing beaches, some good parks close by, a couple little towns. I have never been to Costanoa, but some of my friends spent a weekend there and they liked it. I don't have any more details though.

Here are some photos I took when I stayed in the lodge a few years ago. I think the multiple use of this land is wonderful, something nice in every price range and of courst this is a spectacular location. I look forward to visiting again.

I stayed there about 3 years ago. We had a great time. We stayed in a tent cabin and had use of a hot tub. If you stay in a tent cabin you have to use a common bath area. They call them comfort stations, they're very nice with saunas. The only thing I don't like about the area is that it tends to be very windy and when we were there ticks were everywhere.
