I have stayed at Beaver Run but it has been 5 plus years since so and I don't know if their rooms have been renovated. They were nice but some were a little outdated. Allaire Timbers Inn is listed as a Frommer's Favorite and Little Mountain Lodge is also listed on Frommers.com but there is not review of Little Mountain Lodge that I could find.

Paula,
We were there last week and got a very nice room at the Marriott for a good rate (just over $100 for a mid-week night). It was within walking distance to the a lot of restaurants and shops. It also had a large outdoor pool. We picked it because it was close to the ice arena where my daughter was figure skating. I wanted to check out Beaver Run but didn't have time.
Good Luck,
Phil

100.00 a night for a room midweek? Ouch. Paula you can find 2 bedroom condos All day long for that rate. Sorry Phil, I guess if you want a hotel with all the amenities that is what it cost, but if you would like more space check out condo sites such as www.summitnet.com

Paula,
Coskier is right in that there are lots of condos available during the summer. We were only staying for one night so the Marriott fit our plans. Many of the hotel rooms in Breckenridge are larger than the usual. I should have mentioned that this one was like a studio in that it had a full kitchen, and a small living room area. The bathroom had a jaccuzi that we didn't use much because there was more things to do outside of the room.
I think if we were to return, we would look into a condo, but the Marriott was very nice too. Thanks Coskier for the website, we will check it out next time.
