Le Grainne, 9th Avenue at w.21st Street, Feench cafe, omelettes, crepes, etc. Wonderful.

I like the Bus Stop Cafe on Hudson St., but that's more West Village than Chelsea.

Cookshop - 156 10th at 20th (right on the Highline)but technically in Meatpacking -

thanks for all suggestions - tried Cookshop - great location and service unfortunately all our orders were overcooked and dry

We've always had good breakfasts/brunches at W.Chelsea's Cookshop. Sorry it wasn't up to par.
