Being born with straight hair is not all you may think it is. I have really thick straight hair, but with a lot of humidity and even minor perspiration, it's stringy and oily in no time.

I would love a tummy tuck, but man, the pain. I just can't play that game.

Back on topic:

My DH's birthday is February 29. With a birthday every 4 years, he's just a mere child. I have really robbed the cradle!

Did anyone marry on your birthday or your husbands? I have heard people say it's the only way to remember, but I prefer our separate day to celebrate..
now in April, we have a mixed blessing.. my b-day, tax time, and anniversary on 4/27. Sort of a happy sandwich I guess!

There were not records kept on my exact birth time, so how accurate is a chart when they use the standard 6 am instead? thanks, J.

Aunt Annie, I grew up in Duluth but spent a lot of time with relatives in Grand Marais and still have family in GM. I graduated from the U of MN and worked in Mpls, til a job took me to CA and I met my husband and we have lived in several states but have been here the longest. He is from Michigan so we both love to get back to MN. Hope you have a great time at the new Guthrie. Just talked to a friend at a meeting today and she asked if we were going there - not this trip but definitely next time. She said her sister had been there last week and loved it. Happy Birthday and have a most special day. My birthday is March 22 so I am an aries. Again, have a great Birthday!!

In what time zone was it 6AM ?
Is that close to your actualy time of birth or are you just fond of the number ?

oh how embarrassing. someone will read this and finally have their proof that I'm nutz.. a popular horoscope guy whose name rhymes with Bonathon Mainer says if you don't have the original birth time, to use the 6 am... so does that mean my standard Alaska local time, over? J.

I like to go to Lexington, KY. I can't this year because I can't get a day off, but I'll try to reschedule.

If you absotively have no idea of the time~Jet, honey, use Noon not 6A-you'll have what is known as a Noon Chart.
If Aunt Mae swears you were born at 2 AM
I s'pose you could try that.

You'll just get a snippet of info-you may not have your correct Ascendant Sign(the person you show the world, the first impression you make on people) or Midheaven Sign(who you truly are, may include your work, surely includes your passion) and your Moon Sign may be off.

There's no time on your BC ?

No, I have not had more than one glass of wine, yet,he-he.

razzlerpoo~ no, before 1964(when the T-Rex still ruled), they didn't record in Alaska, and all my mom remembered was one of us was a morning baby, one an evening(both 4/11, three years apart). So, what to do? J.

I'm sure this will post as July 26th (Happy Birthday Mick!), but in L.A., it is still the 25th and still my birthday for a few more hours. We celebrated at a favorite local French bistro here in L.A. with Kirk Douglas and his wife at the next table. Of course, our table, with my American and English friends, was large and lively, good food, good company, and lots of laughs. If someone I liked were playing around town, that's where we'd be, but we'll have to wait until next Monday, to celebrate my birthday (albeit belated) with Crosby Stills Nash, and my all time favorite, Neil Young on their Freedom of Speech tour here at the Hollywood Bowl. Rock on and peace out!

Hey Cali!-I am a southerner, now. Southern MN, that is! I grew up in suburban Mpls., but lived my first 15 married years in Rochester and have been in a neat little town called Owatonna 1 hour south of Mpls. for the last 11 years. My DH commutes to the city; we have been waiting for our 2 daughters to finish HS here and then we plan to relocate. I am looking forward to being back in Mpls!! My oldest DD just finished her 2nd year at the U of Mn and my baby is headed there in a month. Go gophers! I used to attend a Y camp in the BWCA called Menogyn (wilderness canoe trips) and have been in love with Grand Marais and the whole North Shore ever since. Have a good visit back. If you get a chance to see the outside of the new Guthrie and the new Walker and the new public library, do so. We are getting some great new architecture here!

razzledazzle~ psst.. time to wake up.. and a lot can happen between now and when I'm 93, so please put your magic beannie on and summon Rah, the old cheerleading wizard, to give us some insight, lol.
Travel connection? I am interested in Greece and Israel. I know, unsettled, but the history there would be worth the visit.
I have New Zealand high on the list and that would probably be more realistic in a couple years.
