Best Restaurant in SF for Anniversary
What would be the best restaurant choice in San Francisco for a 25th wedding anniversary dinner - price doesn't matter.

If it's just the two of you - I'd choose the fifth floor (tables 1 or 2 only). Amazing food - incredible service - wonderful intimacy with your dinner partner.

Hmmmmm...I wonder if any Fodorites has eaten at Farallon recently and if it would be a good rec for anniv. dinner?

We had our anniversary dinner at Aqua last fall and it was amazing. they had a card on our table, we had awesome champagne, foie gras, caviar, etc. Beautiful restaurant, top notch service and nice 'special' menu items.

Aqua is a great choice. I'd recommend Gary Danko or Michael Mina. Boulevard is also a favorite.

We enjoyed a terrific over the top meal at Gary Danko for a graduation celebration last year.
