I'd like to know if it's ok for 8 yr old. If not, which is your recommendation? Thanks.

There's only one performance per week that allow under-21 year olds, I think Sunday afternoons. So at that performance, yes, it would be fine.

I don't think an 8 year old would even "get it" but as said, only the Sunday afternoon shows will admit them.

Meant to add the costumes would entertain them, but certainly the humor would be over there heads [or so I would hope!]

The show is fast moving and I think it will fascinate your daughter. We like the "cabaret" seating on the orchestra floor. I think she'll like that too.
