Bar Harbor area Breakfast recommendations?

Would like to hear your suggestions for reasonable but nice breakfast places open early mornings in mid Sept.

The places I suggested to you for picking up lunch are the places we go for breakfast:

In addition, for "diner" type breakfast, Jordans on Cottage St., and for big, brunch-type breakfast, Cafe This Way.

Thanks, Liz. Yes, this question was directed toward sit-down breakfasts, as I'm going to be mixing it up a bit.

Don't be alarmed if you see a line at Jordans, it's much larger than it apears from outside and things move along.

Cottage St. bakery is an order at the counter place, but has all the usual breakfast foods, and a nice outside covered patio to eat in.

We tend toward pastries for breakfast, so our favorite place is MorningGlory Bakery. They have really excellent croissants and other stuff, plus coffee and juice, and tables for eat-in.

Thanks so much to both of you for your great suggestions. I learn so much from this forum! I will, however, leave the lobster/strawberry dessert for others.....

Here's another recommendation for Jordan's. We ate there 5 out 6 breakfasts lasat week. The blueberry pancakes are great. The line does move very quickly and service is very fast too. Just a diner style place but the food was universally good.

Whew!!--Just looked at the menu, and Jeannies sure does pile on the carbs!
Bennie, I've got Jordan's on my list, for sure. So glad that there have been notices here that the line moves quickly, as I would never have given it a chance otherwise, seeing a line out front. Thanks!
