You are largely limited to Bald Head's own in-house agency, http://www.baldheadisland.com/re/index.asp . A few properties may be listed with other agencies in Southport, but the vast, vast majority of what you want will be listed via the BHI website.

Enjoy it, but be prepared to take a big hit in the wallet for the rentals.

Have you tried the classified in "Southern Living" magazine?

funtrvavel -- I'm late in getting back but I just saw this thread. My fam actually goes down there every summer and although you're limited (very) to just the BHI reality group, they're really good. It's where 99% of homeowners (which my fam is) rents with. HAVE FUN! Oh..and watch for the erosion....
