ATTN: ESTA Travelers

Your opinion matters. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection ESTA Program wants to hear from you! If you are a citizen of these specific ESTA Waiver countries - Norway, Germany, Netherlands, England, Italy, South Korea, Japan, and Singapore, and will be available for an in-person focus group session - please register below.

The focus groups sessions (1 hour) will seek to collect information regarding current travelers’ needs and preferences. We will implement these recommendations to streamline the process for travelers, and minimize the cost and overall time for requesting a U.S. travel authorization. Lunch will be provided.

Please see link below for details on registration and time/dates -
http://www.cbp.gov/travel/internatio...ack-about-esta

Thank you in advance your time.

You might want to get this moved or copied to the Europe board...

This is about travel to the US, so the US board seems like the right place to me.

They could start by not holding the sessions in the middle of a major holiday period, not holding them at short notice, nor by holding them in one place in a country.

@J62 - But it is aimed at European citizens, for interviews held in European cities. European posters not currently planning US trips are unlikely to read this board.

@dtbs - they could also take input over the internet, not just in person!

Agree the this should be posed in the boards of the the places the travelers are from. they might not be considering the US at this moment but very likely have in the past or will in the future.

Well, I would attend the Amsterdam ones but as a British citizen resident in the Netherlands I don't seem to qualify. I have sent off an email asking for confirmation of that.
