Are The Stars Out Tonight?
For my stargazing friends in Fodorville
" If you were disappointed with the meager showing put on by this year's Leonid meteor shower, don't fret. What could be the best meteor display of the year is scheduled to reach its peak on Monday night, Dec. 13.
Skywatchers with dark skies away from city lights could see one or two meteors every minute during the Geminid meteor shower. The greatest activity is expected to be visible from North America, Europe and Africa. "
Believe it or not, the Yankee and I are taking a small, yes, a small Trip!! so I will be away for a short time. I wish you all a Very Merry Holiday and Keep your eyes on the Stars!!
All the Best~Scarlett

I don't know if it's cloudy or bright
for I only have eyes for you
for I only have eyes for you.
The moon may be high
but I can't see a thing in the sky
for I only have eyes for you
for I only have eyes for you.

Not only a meteor shower this year, but all 9 planets are in alignment and at least 4 of them should be visable to the naked eye for the next few nights. This only happens every 400 years! It's been overcast and spitting snow for the past week here in New England - can't see anything!!!
