Anyone ever stayed at the SunBurst Resort in Scottsdale?

Anyone ever stayed at the SunBurst Resort in Scottsdale? Or have any other resort ideas for me for that area? I don't really want a health spa resort...

We have not stayed there (we live in Scottsdale) but we go there often for a glass of wine on their patio. It is not a health spa, it is a very nice hotel in a location close to shopping, restaurants and golf.

Haven't stayed there, but have visited several times. Good location and seems like a nice resort. Check the Arizona listings and you'll see lots of information on hotels and restaurants in the area.

Mena,
Have stayed at the Sunburst before a few years back. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Our stay there was very nice and enjoyable. Would recommend it. Also, the Sunburst is close to Fashion Square Mall, the biggest in the Southwest, if you like to shop.

I stayed there earlier this year, and found the place to be very nice. The pool area is very nice and they have a room with exercise equipment, though I'm sure not as large as some of the other resorts. Rooms tend to be of Hilton quality, nice and well equiped, though not plush like the high end places. I found the best rates on their own website. I got a really terific goverment rate which was much better than the AAA rate or government rate that my AAA representitive could get me. Overall, the Sunset Resort was a very nice place in a really great location.

Don is right. I stayed there in May. Very nice facility. Beautiful grounds, lobby and restaurant. Rooms are nice, but not quite five star. Yes, if the price was right, I would stay there again.
