Any toured with storm chasers?

Can anyone tell me how you enjoyed a tour with a STORM CHASER company? Following supercell thunderstorms & tornadoes, etc.

The price seems quite expensive but I imagine most will say it is well worth it?

Did anyone have a full trip with NO storms?

The only websites I've come across so far are for a tour company called Storm Chasers and one called Silver Lining Storm Chasers.

Anyone been with either of these or recommend any other companies/info?

Hey the University of Oklahoma at Norman is famous for their "storm chasers". You might call the University and inquire. Hope this helps.

Ignoring the danger, it is my impression from TV that most of these trips might encounter heavy rain and wind but little else.

Since trained professionals with million-dollar computers have a tough time predicting the exact time and location of these storms, it would seem to me a storm chaser with these skills could make a lot more money working for the government.

Just my two cents.

I joined a group called the Strom Chasers, but it wasn't very exciting following a 98 year old senator as he doddled down the halls of Congress.
