looking for 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Princeville area and it must have serious ocean views. I see a lot of ALII KAI on VRBO. Any experience with this complex? Hoping to keep daily rental under 220 and this complex fits that bill. Any other recommendations. in Princeville......

It was perfectly fine. Not luxurious, but if you get the right unit, great views.

I personally prefer the views that include the Anini reef and the Kilauea Lighthouse from Sealodge, but the Sealodge units are smaller.

I'm not sure if they will be quite in your budget, but Orchid Point (a triplex, next to Sealodge) is FABULOUS. Quite upscale and awesome views. The 2-bedroom units are A & B.

thanks Songdoc. I have stayed at Sealodge but it is a bit too small for me. Will check out Orchid Point. The views on the ones that I have seen on VRBO are fabulous at Alii Kai.

Shar, we (DH, brother & sister in law) stayed at the Ali'i Kai in July 2014 and loved it! I have always stayed at the Sealodge except this one time.

The views and balcony were unbelievable in unit 4301!!
