4.5 hour layover at LGA - suggestions?
We will have a 4.5 hour layover at LGA due to last minute plans. Our 2 teenagers, one who is severely adHd and can't sit still. Any suggestions on what we can do? There probably isn't enough time to venture out of the airport. We will be arriving and departing on American Airlines. We will need to eat lunch while we are there. Any suggestions?

While that isn't enough time to go into Manhattan, I'm not sure it isn't enough time to go someplace in Queens. The Queens museum with the panorama might be a good idea for an hour. Take a taxi

Inside LGA is a good pizza etc. place called Figs Cafe.

If you do leave the airport make sure you have arranged for a car service back to the airport in advance. Queeens is very poorly supplied with cabs amd it can sometimes be hard to find a car service on the street - you don;t want to be stuck at the museum.
