2 part - weehawken and lower manhattan

We will be in town tomorrow and wondered what was in Weehawken that we could do tomorrow afternoon since we are meeting some people there around 5 and then heading into the city. Any nice areas to walk around, have lunch, etc.
Also, need casual restaurant down near Gotham Comedy club for dinner Saturday...any type will do.
Thanks

denice where are you coming from and will you have a car?

Now a small rant. When people ask for recommendations for restaurants near something else (a hotel, a theater, a comedy club) it would be really helpful and courteous if you told us the address or where it was. I don't know the location of every venue and usually have to look it up. OK? One of my favorites is L'Acajou (www.lacajou.com) a French bistro a few blocks away (19th b/w 5th-6th). Very casual and very good. There is dozens of restaurants in that area. If you want really basic, there's a Comfort Diner a block away on 23 st.

Meeting in Weehawken?

Are you comming to the ferry station?

Weehawken is right next to Hoboken. Hoboken is where you want to be if you are looking for a stroll.
Waterfront for killer views of NYC

Need more info from yourside!!
