How much time air train takes from terminal 4 to 5. If there any star alliance between Air India and jet blue if yes can i get me check in baggage at final destination, i am having separate ticket for both airlines. Please guide me

Welcome to Fodors. You may get more replies if you also post this on the Air Travel board, and on the relevant geographic board (United States?).

No, this is about JFK Airport in NYC, where Air India files into Terminal 4 and JetBlue from Terminal 5.

Given current security requirements, you may not have time for this connection. Sadly, I'm very concerned that it's just not going to happen for you, and I'm very sorry about that. Hopefully, JetBlue will be able to rebook you on a later flight if you can't make the connection.

Air India is an interline baggage partner with JetBlue, so you'll be able to drop your bags off after you clear custom at Terminal 4 before you head over to Terminal 5, but security lines are running at least an hour or more right now. Add an hour for immigration and customs at that busy time of the morning and time to get off the plane, and that leaves you just about 10 minutes to spare. That will leave you almost no time for the connection. I'd certainly try, but it may just not happen. I'd never book a flight at JFK without at least 4 hours for the international-to-domestic connection.
