K&K Hotels - recommendation!

Just got back from a trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Great trip. Stayed in K&K Hotels in each city. They are reasonably priced, boutique hotels and I must give them the thumbs up!! After checking on Hotels.com and Trip Advisor I decided to contact them directly to see if I could get a better deal directly from them. I was able to, and along with that received an Around Europe discount and upgrade to their executive level. Breakfast was included and all of the hotels offer free wifi either in your room or use of computers in their internet corners. They were all in good location with great staff. They were also helpful pre-trip when I emailed about travelling between countries. In case any of you are looking I thought I'd share. Safe travels!

I think you really should re-post this over on the Europe Forum. Very few Fodorites traveling to Europe ever come to this general 'Travel Tips' board.

Wow - some people are a bit snarly aren't they. I suppose it depends how cheap you are, what you are used to, and what you are looking for. I live in NYC and I suppose cost is relative. I always stay in this level of hotel and I had a great experience. Neighborhood in Prague was fine and centrally located. I also highly doubt a $55/night intercontinental rate but that's just my opinion. If you don't like them don't stay there but I thought they were well worth the money, I am not interested in staying in a "cheap motel".

It's nice to know that there's a go-to place for accommodations. Thanks for your recommendation!
