How many people and what type of budget do you have for this trip?
Are you looking for someplace in the US or are you willing to travel internationally?
What temperature range do you consider "warm" - 60's, 70's, 80's, hotter???

You wil have to fly of course - but that is the most expensive time of the year for both flying and resorts.
What is your budget? In general, Mexico would be cheaper than most parts of the Caribbean. Or you could fly to south Florida and maybe head to teh Keys.
But many if not most flights/resorts are likely booked up.

To get those temperatures you need to go the Caribbean (any island south of Puerto Rico), Mexico, Central America or South America.
There are literally 1,000's of luxury hotels in all of those places. Need more info from you to make specific recommendations.
Your challenge is going only for "4 days around Christmas" - many resorts/hotels have minimum stay requirements at that time of year. You are also very late in your planning if you are looking for Christmas 2016. Many hotels/resorts have been fully booked for months.
