Few, if any, responders are "reservation clerks" at resorts/hotels in the Caribbean so it's very difficult for anyone here to actually know if any given resort/hotel will have accommodations available for "Christmas". Even if a responder happened to make their reservations "yesterday" there is no way for them to know if that resort has more rooms available "today".

You really need to choose a destination then start contacting resorts/hotels/rental condos or villas to check on availability. You quest will take a lot of first hand "legwork".

As stated, we need your budget. Do you need activities at or near the resort or are you happy just lounging at the pool/beach? Would you consider renting a condo on an island or in Mexico?

Thursday through Monday during Christmas Week is going to be difficult. Most resorts and condo/villa rentals will have 7, 10 or even 14 day minimums.

Again, any suggestions responders here can make are guesses at best since we really don't know "availability" for that period.
