Amsterdam

Thinking about flying to amsterdam for a couple days to check out the european lifestyle and wondering if anybody wants to go to share hotels cost etc..This will be sometime in Nov.

I'm not sure where you are flying from, but I'd try to stay more than a "couple days". That simply isn't enough to see much imo.

Also if you don't find a traveling companion, Amsterdam is an excellent city to go solo. One of the easiest places I've done alone.

well yeah i know well maybe 3 days. i work for the airlines so its free for me and i figure i'll save my vacation week for japan. Im not a picky travel companion or anything as long as your not a pyshco/killer!!...but thanks for the info toe

i've never seen anyone get response to pairing up here on Fodor's. have you tried Thorn Tree over at Lonely Planet? they have a seeking travel partners board there. Also Rick Steves perhaps? i'm not certain of that one.
