I have used them several times. I have always been very happy with them. One of the best travel agencies I have ever dealt with. I shall happy to ask any questions you might have.

Wow specializes in providing personalized service and utilizes upscale hotels and other tourist providers. Past reviews have suggested if you match the kind of client WOW prefers to serve, they do an excellent job. Critics refer to them as cheeky and pricey.

We must have matched the kind of client they prefer to serve as we though WOW!Argentina was a terrific company. I would highly recommend them.

I am looking for a company to take over the planning and logistics of this trip as I am just too busy to spend as much time and energy as in my previous trips.

I did contact Isabel, but have not heard from her as yet ,
Cintia however was very prompt in her reply and that was a good first impression.i am open to other suggestions tho as
I plan on getting a second quote for this trip and am willing to do so even with having to pay Cintia the $100.

I hve looked at Tauck (times do not work
Yampu, (I do not like some of the hotels), and Kensington(cannot find thr perfect tour ), therefore I think we are better off working with an agent, rather than doing a group tour.

Cintia and Matias are a very nice young couple. We spent time with each of them on two different daytrips in Buenos Aires and enjoyed them very much.

They also made arrangements for our trips to Bariloche and Iguazu and we were pleased with all that they did for us.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dock:

My wife and I recently returned from our southern trip.

Our travel was arranged by Argentina Escapes. That is the second time we have used them. Mercedes looked after us and as she was getting married, Maria pitched in and for the second time we were very well treated.

Our travel was from Canada to Quito and the Galapagos, then on to Lima. This part, up to out of Quito, was arranged at home. Travel to Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Puno, Lake Titicaca, back to Lima and then on to Buenos Aires was arranged by Argentina Escapes.

We were in Buenos Aires for about 5 weeks and during that time we decided [at the last minute] to go to San Antonio de Areco. This short excursion was just fine. AE [Argentina Escapes] booked us door to door with a private driver and did it at a lower than expected price. Their most often used service charged 700 peso return but the accommodation, arranged by AE did it for 500 peso. We certainly were not taken advantage of.

On arriving to Buenos Aires,my wife had stomach problems and we phoned our insurance provider back home. We did this from AE office who offered that we do so at their cost! The insurer had an 800 number so that was not necessary.

We felt that we were very well taken care of.

For those and other reasons, I am confident to recommend Argenina Escapes.

I feel that cost is important, but more important is what you get for that cost. We got consideration, service and care. Much more than i have ever had from other agencies.

Concerning your "I did contact Isabel, but have not heard from her as yet", I e-mailed Isabel, bringing your comment to her attention.

Her reply was: "I have replied to all the e-mails I have received".

Her e-mail address is: [email protected]

I suggested she could answer here herself, but she had some kind of trouble with her password, probably due to the new forum format and was unable to do so.

Hopefully, she'll be able to answer tomorrow, but I suggest you try to e-mail her again.

We, too, have used Mercedes from AE for our three trips to AR and have been extremely pleased with the service/accomodations/ etc. provided. We find them very reasonable for the quality of services offered. Plus, it is very comforting having someone local to contact, just in case, which we have never needed.

We booked our trip through AE as well (Pilar, not Mercedes), and had a great time.
