Finally have pix of trip to Argentina and Chile!
Finally got some pictures up for viewing from our trip. Took too many of the falls and glaciers and icebergs. What a great trip!
Enjoy the pictures.

Yes, except we went to Bariloche, I'd put pictures up too, but it's my husband's domaine, he puts them on his computer and there they stay!
Nothing solid yet, but thinking of Galapogos or a Prague/Budapest/Croatia combo for next year (it's our 20th anniversary).
Istanbul is fabulous, really interesting place. We did a cruise out of there for our 10th anniversary (OMG, is it really 10 years ago!). Have a great time!

OMG, Owlwoman, Galapagos still ranks as one of our best trips ever. If you like nature, you will love the islands. We were on the Linblad with about 40 others, the food was unbelievably good, fantastic trip. I have a bit of a trip report on my blog site:

with a link to my longer Fodor report

and a link to my pictures:

If you're into nature, this is a must.
I agree, avrooster, we need to see some more pix. For the good of the masses, you see!

Thanks, Bill. I enjoyed reliving Iguazu, BsAs and Santiago (which was a separate trip for us.) We stayed at the Llao Llao Resort in Bariloche when we were in Argentina.
Did you take the boat ride under the falls at Iguazu? It was a tough climb up to the top afterwards with soaking wet clothes. Fortunately we were staying at the Sheraton.

Lovely pictures, BillJ. I enjoyed reliving the trip to BA--ahh colorful La Boca, Santiago, and the Cape Horn region--Tierra del fuego, Punta Arenas and the marvellous glaciers.
Looking at the Iguazu falls makes me want to go there next. They are grand.
Thanks for sharing.
