Banana Azul - I have been reading about Colin and "his" B&B for a long time - sounds wonderful. Keep up the good work, Colin. My family had never snorkeled until our 2005 trip to Tamarindo. We hired Mandingo Sail (go to www.visittamarindo.com - the chamber of commerce site for that surfing community) for the morning snorkel excursion and we saw the most beautiful fish. The boat drove to an area and Conchal, in the distance, was pointed out to us by our guide. We had a couple from Florida with us and the young man stated he had snorkeled in the Carribean Islands twice and he said this experience was just as good if not better that day in late May 2005. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, the guide, Margie and the boat driver and his assistant - all three Costa Ricans. We look forward to our next snorkel experience due to the great experience we had in CR.
