I would say BdC but it's hard to say without more details - what are your interests, budget, when are you traveling, expectations etc

Ladena,
I met a gentleman who had reservation at Tiskita last July after he left Bosque del Cabo. We were at Bosque del Cabo at the same time, and toward the end of his trip, he was regretting that he had to leave. Like many others, he is a regular there (and has been traveling all over CR since the 70's).

We left BdC within a day of one another. He went on to Tiskita, but before he left, made arrangements to return to BdC for a few more days after Tiskita (required canceling another part of his plans). A couple of months he e-mailed to say that he had not been disappointed in Tiskita, enjoyed his stay there for several reasons, but it was no Bosque del Cabo. If the thought of lots of great hiking trails and wildlife, good food, lovely little bungalows with fabulous views, some nice beach areas, appeals to you, you will be very hard pressed to beat BdC.

We'd like to stay there sometime as well. Also interested in Casa Siempre Domingo in Pavones. But if I had to give up Bosque del Cabo to go to those places, it would be hard to do. Best I think I could manage is a few days at BdC either before or after a trip down to Zancudo and Pavonews. . .!

Oops, that would be "Pavones"! Sorry for the earlier typos as well. Time to call it a day! 'Night, all!

I have only been to BdC, but I'll tell you that people that go there return year after year. When we were there in July, the couple in the cabin next to us was on their 14th visit; I think that really says something. It's an unforgettable place.
