Temperature end of April in La Paz (Peace Lodge) and Arenal?

I can't seem to find a site that gives me the average highs and lows for different parts of Costa Rica.

I'm also looking for the weather forecast for this week (end of April).

Thanks, dfarmer. I was able to use this site for information re: Arenal, but am unable to access the La Paz forecast. Any suggestions? Also, what type of clothing is recommended for these parts of Costa Rica (end of April)? Thanks, Kate

I was in Arenal last week for a couple of days and wore shorts and a T-shirt, even when it was raining...it was warm.

I too was just in Arenal last week (4/13-16) and it was hot most of the time. You'll love it there. I would reccomend the night hike at the Hanging Bridges, but not for the faint of heart. Tarntulas and Vipers galore. Make a reservation when you get there. Have fun.

The La Paz area will be cooler because it is up higher. It really isn't a town which is why you can't get any weather info. I was fine with a light long sleeve shirt and long pants. The clouds do roll in which keeps the temp down and it will feel pretty damp when they do. There were times when I had my light rain jacket on to protect me from the spray from the waterfalls but I didn't feel I needed it because it was too cool. If you go to Poas do have a little extra to put on in case it gets rainy and windy which is a good possibility. It can feel very cool up there. Best time for Poas is as soon as it opens.

Have a wonderful trip, both places are great.
