Does anyone have any experience with Manuel Antonio Estates? Thank you.

My freinds and I stayed there in April. We stayed at the Mot Mot Villa. It really was a great place to stay and pretty convenient to Quepos and Manuel Antonio. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Also, the rental company required us to wire the money into their bank account. We were a little skeptical, but it all turned out fine. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thank you so much. It's so hard to know when it's not a big chain whether you can trust them. But I was really into one of the places they have for rent.

If anyone else has been, I look forward to hearing from you all.

Sounds like you've got your sights set this place, but for what it's worth, I stayed at the Mariposa Hotel which is situated at the highest point in Manuel Antonio. Breathtaking views all around. A bit pricy, but truly spectacular.

Manuel Antonio Estates is situated at the lowest point with no view of the ocean. It is nestled back in the woods. We did see lots of exotic birds and monkeys.

Thank you all for your input.

We don't mind missing the ocean view. I like the idea of having our own jungle hideaway. Mariposa is out of our range.

Basically, my concerns were things like: 1) does the place really exist, or does it only exist on the internet? (feel safe now); 2) is it dirty?; 3) is it crawling with bugs?; 4) does it truly have the ac & the jacuzzi tub mentioned?; 5) is there anything else glaringly good or bad that I should know?

I feel that I have gotten some great feedback (monkeys a big plus for me) and would delighted to hear from others who have stayed at one of the Manuel Antonio Estate properties.

Thank you.
