Oh, I'm sorry, I took "we are staying" as the present, not the future.
Anyway, it is generally advised to rent a car and NOT to stay in the town of Bariloche.
If you still want to take the "colectivo", which has its charms, as far as local flavor is concerned, the trip takes about three quarters of an hour.

We were at Llao Llao for lunch last week and it was very disappointing. In fact it was average food at best which surprised us. The golf course looks unexceptional but the setting is spectacular so I'm sure it's worth playing.
I agree with the other posters, stay outside Bariloche and rent a car. We had one for 2 weeks and found the driving easy.
