we are going to BA in a few weeks and need to find a hotel to stay in. does anyone have any recomendations?

Downtown, I like the Regal Pacific a relatively new and moderately sized hotel convenient to Puerto Madero, Galerias Pacifico mall and the Florida Street shopping area. A four star hotel.

In Palermo Soho, try one of the small boutique hotels--Hotel Bobo or Home Hotel top the list.

In Recoleta, the new five star Hyatt and the Four Seasons are great choices.

You need to tell us your budget and preferences, but may I add the Alvear Palace hotel, with the best location in the Recoleta, to the good doctor's five star choices?

drdawggy, there was a nice big write up in the Herald about the Home Hotel..
I would add the Art Suites aparthotel to that list..
