We've used Pisces a couple of times.
They're solid, as far as I'm concerned.
I've had friends use Picante, and they have said nothing but great things. It's a little on the pricier side, but I guess it depends on your budget.
Enjoy; Cabo is not the sleepy fishing village it once was, but it's not Sodom and Gamorrah sp?(or even Las Vegas) that some people make it out to be.

We just went fishing with Picante. Our boat was Karma. It was spectacular. The water was beautiful, staff was excellent, boat in pristine condition. We had 5 people on the boat and caught 3 marlin, 1 sailfish and a dorado. I was the only female and did not get a chance to sit in the chair to reel in a fish, but just being on the water, on such a gorgeous boat was awesome, not to mention when we came upon 50-100 porpoises who swam with up for quite some time, it was just beautiful. We also saw 2 turtles mating in the water, it was nature at it's finest.
I can't help you with cost though, I was on a trip that I won and the company paid for everything. Have a great trip!
