decent 4+ stars non AI in Playa del Carmen

Can anyone recommend a clean motel/hotel or condo for 5 nights in Playa del Carmen area for the last week of November? It would be for two adults; preferably 4 stars or better under US$100/night. Thanks.

I don't how many stars places have, but look at La Tortuga or Playa Maya.

I'm guessing there may be several other newer properties in the northern part of Playa Del Carmen, but I don't know the names.

First off, I would like to say all rooms in Playa or clean no matter the star. I can think of two that may be considered two star: The Playa-Maya on the beach and the Mosquito Beach two blocks from the beach(adults only)with beach priviledges at the Hotel Colibri. Colibri is also very nice just no pool.

Not going to find anything 4 star or above for less than $100 per night, and I agree with Mayte that the hotels there are all clean. (The ones I've seen were anyway - and that is generally the case in the area.
I have stayed at Playa Maya, and I enjoyed it very much, but I don't feel it was - or is anything in PDC - a four star property.
You can find those places outside of PDC down 307, but again, they are going to be much more than $100 per night.
