We are going on a cruise in March.The ship stops for 1 day in Cabo and Escanada.What should we see?Which restaurant do you recommend for luch in both places?We don't like water sports.

Cabo has too many places to choose from for lunch. There are tons of places along the waterfront and in the town. As far as excursions, you still may be able to book a whale watching tour in March. Or just do some shopping.
