We stayed there two years ago. Good location - able to walk to all. Quiet location also, which was nice. I do remember that at the time they offered a 1 hour massage for 40 euros. You book at the front desk, and Phillipe had hands of magic. They had a nice garden where you had breakfast, and could have dinner and drinks as well.

Hi,
We stayed at the Windsor last summer. The garden has a delightful pool with bar service. Although the hotel is not on the beach, it is within easy walking distance. There is a nice bar off the lobby. The staff is very helpful. I thought the breakfast was expensive, but you so not have to buy breakfast . Also you can order just coffee and sit in the pleasant garden. You will have a wonderful time.

Just returned from the Windsor and LOVED it! The rooms and elevator will make you laugh. We had a standard double "The Happy New Year room" and were thrilled that it had a balcony overlooking the street. The garden and (unheated) pool are lovely. Drinks in the garden in the evening was wonderful. Dinner was being served as well, I wanted mussels so we walked to the rest. Barracud and had maybe the best dinner of our 10 day stay. The ravioli was wonderful. Great location, great staff, funky rooms with character, elegant garden and small hotel bar...is a real find. I prefer the sandy beach of Cannes to the pebbles of Nice, but this is a great place to stay in Nice. Next time, I'll make sure to schedule in time for a massage!
