Will this Chiusi/Milan/Last Supper/Malpensa plan work?

For those of you who are knowledgable about Tuscany & Milan - I would greatly appreciate your input. Will this work accordingly?

Saturday, May 7 - check out of La Saracina near Montepulciano, drive rental car about 45 minutes? to Chiusi to turn in (Autoeurope says they'll meet us there since the Avis office is now closed), take the 10:11 IC train to Milan arriving at Milan Centrale at 14:50. Store our luggage at a storage facility there (I remember seeing in a thread the Italian word for the left luggage place there, work our way to wander through the Duomo then on to see The Last Supper. Our reservations are for 6:30 so we'll need to be there at 6:00pm. After The Last Supper, find a place for dinner, work our way back to the Milan Centrale to retrieve our luggage, take the bus from there to Malpensa airport, shuttle to First Hotel for last night before early morning flight home.
I hope I've covered all possibilities - I thank you in advance!

Hi dorkforcemom. It sure sounds like a good plan for me. I would check to make sure what time the last (or next to last) shuttle bus goes to Milpensa airport and that your hotel shuttle can pick you up but if those times are all in order I think you have planned a nice last day in Italy. Best wishes for a beautiful trip.

Nope - won't work. You will not want to leave.

Stu Dudley - very funny! I picked La Saracina based on reports from this forum. I'm anxious and excited about staying there!
