Colloseum area has wider streets, much more vehicle traffic, more professional busineses. Probably more walking in between sites, resturants, cafes , etc.
Navona narrower streets, less vehicle traffic, many "alleyways to explore" more of a mix of centuries beyond roman styles. Definetly less walking between sites, restuarants, cafes, etc.
However both have their unique charm.

Does a 25 minutes walk seperate 2 'regions`?
There is sightseeing and restaurants and bars and shopping to do in both areas.
You could change hotel in the middle of your journey... or find a hotel in the Pantheon / Largo Argentina / Piazza Venezia Triangle...
