Which Paris metro pass
Six days (Thursday to Thursday)
Central Location
RER to and from CDG
Two trips to zone 6
I have been trying to figure out the most cost effective pass considering we will be taking the RER out to St. Denis one day and Vincennes. The Paris Visite seems generally bad, except maybe in this case. We would buy a ticket for CDG into the City, but the Visite would get us back to CDG. The real problem is I cannot figure out how much it will cost to go from zone 1 to zone 6. Thoughts?

Saint Denis is still in the Metro system so it can't be further than Zone 2. Vincennes - also zone 2. CDG is Zone 5.
The Carte Orange is good Monday-Sunday. Paris Visite has a 5-day pass (or 1-day and 3-day). Otherwise, it would just be individual tickets.

You don't even need to take the RER to St Denis, just take the metro. The metro stop is more convenient, anyway, for visiting the cathedral.
What are you talking about zone 6 for? Which trip did you think was in zone 6. I think you mean zone 5 for CDG or something? I think it costs about 7-8 euro one way. Vincennes sure isn't in zone 6, either.

BTW, if you are going to Vincennes to the chateau, that's on the metro line, also, so no need to take the RER. It's at the end of line 1.
From what you said, you don't need anything but regular metro tickets for your trips, except for the airport.
