Where to spend the night with an early flight(6:50)from Florence
We just discovered that are flight was changed and it will be leaving at 6:50 in the morning from Florence. Does anyone know of a hotel close by with shuttle service? Thank-you

FLR is only about 4 miles from City Center. Stay in the city, and arrange a taxi.

You'll need a taxi to pick you up by 4:15 that morning to allow the standard 2 hours before an international flight. most hotels in the city will call a cab for you - assume you'll pay 50% more for the early morning ride.

I can't imagine being at FLR at 4:30 in the morning. I'd probably be about the only one there.
If yoy arrive by 5:15, you will have lots of time to sit around and do nothing.
What day of the week is it? Is this an international flight or a connecting flight?

Yes, I have done an early flight like this from Florence--do stay in Florence. The cab ride will take 10-15 minutes at that hour.

Yes ,this is a connecting flight to CDG on a Monday.
