It depend son what your interests are. there are tons of other sights.
We really enjoyed the Etruscan Museum at the Villa Giulia as well as San Clemente church. At the latter they have dug down through all the layers of the church - so you can see parts of it at varied stages - all the way to the Temple of MIthras (god of the roman army) which underlay all the Christian churches.

Thanks for the link to the music in Rome.
How spectacular it must be to sit in a venue like Sant'Ivo's courtyard for a concert, facing that beautiful church.
Wow.
And you can't go wrong by following the rule of going in any open church.
The artistic treasures, besides just the architecture, may surprise you.

Three things:
Get a copy of the Agony and the Ecstasy. Definitely read it, but also the last few pages has a relatively comprehensive list of Michelangelo works of art. I photocopied it and carried it with me. We hit a fair number of them, too. (in Florence as well).
Basilica Di San Silvestro in Capite (near Via del Corso) is beautiful inside and also happens to hold the head of St. John the Baptist. I just found this out on our most recent trip - it's literally a block from "my" hotel (I've stayed there three times now). I remember my first visit to the Sistine Chapel 3 years ago - as you wait outside to be let in, you have a view of a large painting of St. John the Baptist (recently deprived of head) - I was fascinated and repulsed. Of course I then had to go see the actual head when I found out it was around the corner from my hotel.
Third - I'd love to wander Rome with just the book "City of the Soul" in hand. Pick up a copy, it's a short, quick and enjoyable read. (ditto for A Traveler in Rome, although you'd need at minimum 6 months to do so).
