One other thought. We did a couple of terrific walking tours this summer with Paris Walks. Very intelligent and well informed guides and extremely interesting and educational, We had Christopher (a charming Brit) as our guide each time and he did a great job of weaving in historical facts with modern day information. It was a wonderful way to dive a little deeper into Paris and we saw neighborhoods we thought we knew with new eyes. He actually recommended the Musée de Montmartre and Jardins Renior which we visited on a subsequent trip.
Another don't miss in my mind is the Picasso museum in the Marias. It is his private collection. Just great.

Denisea--the Cluny won out. We planned the Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame and the islands for our last day and with no crowds in these churches had time in the early afternoon to add something. I asked Cousin Bunny if she would be interested in the museum of the Medieval period and she liked the idea--we both enjoyed it as it had been several years since I had been there. Until I visited with her I had not realized how prominent bunnies were in the tapestries.
Fabulous France--The Chapel of the Miraculous Medal-St Catherines was already on our list and we visited the first afternoon.
We enjoyed our short time in Paris and I'll save your suggestions for a future visit.
