What do you do to unwind after a trip?

To be sure, they do. And combined with normal jet lag, tuna breath really unwinds me fast. Champagne usually keeps me on my feet though, a good one.

I always have terrible jet lag when I come home - probably part let down from having to leave Europe. I try and try and try to psych myself up to stay awake until at least 9:00 p.m. I can't make it past 8:00 p.m. Any tips? I am tired of waking up at 3:00 a.m. bright eyed and bushy tailed (no naughty talk now)and then start to droop by 4:00 p.m.
