Got a response and we are booked. So [email protected] is the correct address for anyone who is trying to contact them in the future. A warning, though, book this place in advance - I was reserving for April and got the last double room they had!

Oh, yeah! Booking ahead 6 months in advance for the Jeanne d'Arc is not unheard of. I know when I was there, Stephan told me someone had just reserved a year and a half in advance.
The prices are great, the rooms are clean and charming, staff is great, location is superb.
Audrey, I am glad you were able to get a room so quickly. I do hope you like the place. Please let us know either way how you like it. I hope you love the Square Ste-Catherine as much as I do. I stayed there in April, too. If you e-mail me Audrey, I can give you a list of places to shop & eat at in the immediate area.
