I am coming to Valencia in Feb/March to visit my daughter who is studying there all semester. I am also going to be in language school for 2 weeks while there. We want to travel together on the weekends.

Any ideas for weekend trips with Valencia as a home base? We are adventurous, love to really get into the culture, food, etc. We both speak pretty good Spanish. Any tips on great places that we can get to easily for our weekends together would be wonderful (including tips on transportation). She will have already visited Barcelona/Madrid.
