Nancymos this is your second post asking this question. I see you are new to the forum so i hope you don't mind but I'll give you some tips.
Rather than getting too many posts going, next time just reply to your original one with "topping" or "ttt" - this will bring it up "to the top" of the list on the l.h. side.
Also, to keep track of your answers, click on your name. That will bring up all the posts you have participated in.
Sometimes it takes a while to get answers, so keeping your post "in the mix" by topping it is a good idea. People on here are very helpful - you'll get some replies eventually.

Oh, and also, it's a good idea to put your destination in the title of your post - like "Costa Esmerelda September weather". Most folks here just use the forum in its wider reaching Europe form, rather than by individual countries.

While I agree that it's priudent (and considerate) to mention the destination in the message header of a post, this is one that does not need to be re-posted, in my opinion. No one would be "lured" into wondering what this post is about - - even if it doesn't mention the destination.
I don't use wunderground.com - - I think that www.worldclimate.com and www.weatherbase.com are good (can't comment on how they compare to wunderground).
Best wishes,
Rex

I like the historical data on www.weather.com because it gives the average min/max temps, and the times for sunrise/sunset. It doesn't give average precipitation, though.

Thank you all for your responses. I messed up and forgot to put the location in the subject line. I have used the forums before with much appreciation for the responses I received.
I went to wunderland.com and despite using their help feature, still could not locate the Historical info for the heat index. They said halfway down the page.
I'm looking for the heat index because there is a big difference between 82 degrees at 40% humidity vs. 80% humidity. I have been to Italy several times, have done a fair amount of traveling, and lived in Germany while working for a US corporation.
I am recuperating from an illness and want to get away before I go back to work. I don't totally have my strength back and don't want to get drained by the heat. I want to be in a warmer climate but have to limit my time in the sun.
I figure there is a "beltway" of places I could go, cutting across from Malorjca and the south of France to Venice. With the exception of Malorja, I have been to these other areas and would prefer to see something new.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would be most appreciative. I need to make my travel plans soon, particularly the air.
