Weather in Paris

For anyone interested, the weather today is pretty crisp (I'm a So. calif. boy).
Most everyone has scarves, and heavy jackets
Alot of womabn are already wearing gloves.
It has been raining off/on, and is forecast for the next two days.
Definately not normal Sept. weather in Paris.
It says it is 58, but it feels much colder, maybe the wind.
Well just a heads up for those about to leave, and thinking about bring short-sleeves.

Oh, Lordy. We leave on Sunday. Hope it warms a bit by then. We were there last October, and it was quite pleasant other than a few sprinkles.

I have just started watching on a daily basis for trip departing on 10/14. It is improving as you get to the last few days of the 10 day forecast..5th - 7th. It should be great by the time we arrive! I have always lucked out with the weather..hope it continues!!

Don't let a little weather spoil your trip...plan your days around it..maybe take more taxis...enjoy.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm a So-Cal girl and an admitted weather wimp. Packing right now.

Nukesafe, we also leave on Sunday! Are you flying out of LAX?

Just shows how things can change. We were there last week, and it was sunny and in the 70s every day.

They told me the wether was much nicer the day before we arrived. Rained much harder today, but yes, it is supposed to be warmer as the week progresses.

Nights when the world Rugby championships are on TV, get exciting in areas in St. Germaine, where Pubs and Bars are located. Many Bars have decorated the outsides of their buildings with exterior walls plastered with Rugby pictures. Seems like Superbowl week.

Word of advise- Waterproof your shoes, I found this out the hard way!

For all of those still worried about the weather (me included), today it is sunny, about 70 degrees, and sweater weather in mornings, jacket at night

The weather is very nice today, although my hands got very cold biking to the center of Paris this morning.

About an hour ago, I met my retired neighbor lady at the local street market and we both joked that it might be the very last nice day of the year.

We leave on the 13th and I hope the weather is not too cold/wet. We have been in Paris twice before in October and the weather has been really good. Here's hoping!

We arrived yesterday, and it has been quite warm, with the occasional shower. I brought a sweater, which will stay in the apartment. I wore a jacket today, and carried it all day, as it was shirtsleave weather. Supposed to warm, with fog until Saturday when the sun is supposed to shine.
