Vienna Restaurants

We're visiting Vienna in December. We already have reservations at the Korso and Steirereck for two of our evenings, but for our other evening we would like to eat somewhere less formal. I have done some research and Beim Czaak and Zum Finsteren Stern has been mentioned. I'm looking for somewhere that has good food and that does not cater exclusively for tourists. Any suggestions in the Josefstadt area? Thanking you in advance.

One nice thing about Stomach is they carry Murau beer on tap...hard to find outside the Steiermark.

They also carry very unusual wines, including one made from a "wild" grape.
