No, marty, I'm pretty sure TRA means the Victoria Park Plaza in London.
TRA - it is really best if you include some clue about "where" in your title or a very least in the body.
I haven't stayed in this hotel but there is probably a review here on fodors. It is in a very convenient location near Victoria Station.

'Stayed here one night in 3/03. Nice rooms, modernish furnishings. Large bathrooms with a clear glass sink.
The lobby seemed to be full of business travelers. Not a lot of tourists. It's down a rather dingy street on the side of Victoria Station.
We helped ourselves to the lavish full breakfast buffet. No idea whether or not it was included in our rate. (We booked via Priceline for $95/night.) We were just asked for our room number which we gave, and then chowed. (I probably would have hesitated had they "ran" my Visa at check in. They didn't, so I wasn't fearing a surprise charge for the breakfast.)
This is a nice, comfortable hotel. It is NOT "cute" or "charming" though.
The VPP is a VERY good value. I see their rate on Orbitz, etc. seems to hover around $135/night. This is attractive being that it's hard to find a decent place in London for <$200 (without using Priceline!)

Thanks for the info. We went ahead and booked it. We are staying on the back end of a couple week trip to Amsterdam to Barcelona, with a short two day stay in London, so this sounds good enough. The price was a third of the hotel prices in the other two cities. Gives us a feeling that we are saving money. Booked the rate at $119 on Expedia.
