Venice Hotels for four

Ok, I have read most of the posts on Venice hotels, sorry to do another--but here goes. No, we don't want to stay in an apt. We prefer our teenage boys each have their own beds, (not sofabeds) even better their own room/area! Budget around 250 euros/night. Looking at Hotel American--but I tried calling and the number is wrong (does anyone have the correct one?) and they don't answer emails! Any other ideas--we prefer as deluxe as possible for the dough!

Try this number for Hotel American: 011 39 041 5204 733. We had no problem with receiving e-mail from them.

Hotel Al Piave has family rooms and suites. Good reviews on trip advisor and here. Pictures below.

We stayed in a quad at the Hotel Flora a few years ago. It had 1 queen and 2 twin beds with 1 1/2 bathrooms. Although I think it will cost more then 250E.

I had the best luck emailing hotels that I was interested in and asking what they had to accommodate a family of 4. My kids also like their own beds so we always asked what the bed configuration would be.

We stayed in Agli Alboretti a couple of years ago with a quad room for 4. Very reasonable rates. Great pizza place 1 minute walk away on the Canal. We had one king/queen bed(can't remember which) and 2 twin beds in a very large room. Our teenagers were happy. It was a great area, the owner was very nice. Here is the web-site. http://www.aglialboretti.com/
I'm sure we paid less than 250 Euro for each night in July, 2 years ago!! I would recommend this hotel as great value for a family and great location.
