i've stayed in the galleria: clean, quaint, great view -- but i did find it noisy and had a hard time getting to sleep. the noise was from the ferries passing by and stopping, etc near our window, so maybe if you were on a higher floor ir would be ok. i have also stayed in the albergo alla salute da cici which was a bit out of the way, on a small QUIET canal and i preferred that overall.have a wonderful trip!
