The sites are www.slowtrav.com and www.slowtalk.com. Good advice, Janice. Tuscan House is great. Zak will treat you well.

Fred,

I'll say this gently, and with no intention of hurting your feelings:

DON'T YOU SEE HOW IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING WHEN YOU TYPE IN ALL CAPS?

It's considered bad etiquette here.

As for rental car, I typically recommend these four good web resources:

www.autoeurope.com
www.its-cars-hotels.com
www.kemwel.com

and

www .travelocity.com

You can find nuerous good threads here on this forum about villa rental expereiences. I agree that www.slowtrav.com is absolutely the first and best place to seek information.

Search "slowtrav" and "domani" here on this forum. You will find lots of ideas.

Best wishes,

Rex

I have a part of villa for renting.
In Florence,5 km from the Dome. Pool, park, parking, air conditioned, view on the whole town.
But, even renting the 2 apartments, 8 people are too many ( They don't stay well). 6 are right. Price for one week, 2 apartments is 1300 Euro, all included.
You can see looking at
www.genie.it/utenti/carlo.nocentini
