Tuscan Cooking Schools

I am looking for a 1-day cooking school in Tuscany. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

Tuscan Women Cook is excellent. I took their week-long class in 2002, but I think they offer shorter sessions. They're located in Montefollonico, near Montepulciano. I highly recommend them. www.tuscanwomencook.com

We just got back from Italy and did a half day cooking class in Chianti with the owner Guilietta. It is a farmhouse/agritourismo which produces wine and olive oil. Here is the site....www.fagiolari.it.
We actually stayed there over night since the class started at 5pm. We got to drink some of the wine she makes at the property. We made pasta from scratch. We made ravioli with a zuccini, sausage, fresh pea and gorgonzola sauce. We also made chicken cacciator(sp) and a vegatable side dish. For dessert we baked a apple cake. If you have additional questions please feel free to ask.

I stayed in a villa and we had a cooking class at the villa. We had input for the menu and they did all the shopping (except wine) and we made an excellent 5 course meal. Three antipasti, ravioli, grilled meat, salad and tiramisu. Not sure if you are staying in a hotel or villa.
